Community & Sponsorship Opportunities

BGMAIR will build partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and institutions to support regional air connectivity and economic development.

DOT-380 Compliance

All sponsorship and recognition opportunities are fully compliant with DOT Part 380 rules:

  • All recognition is purely informational
  • No ticket sales, inducements, or fare references
  • Fully compliant with federal public charter rules

Carriers & Operating Partners

BGMAIR partners with FAA-certified carriers to ensure the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

FAA-Certified Operating Carriers

BGMAIR does not operate aircraft directly. All proposed flights, if approved, would be conducted by independent, FAA-certified air carriers holding Part 135 operating authority (or other applicable FAA authority), in full compliance with all federal safety, maintenance, and crew-training regulations.

Any operating carrier utilized by BGMAIR would be required to:

  • Hold current FAA Part 135 certification
  • Maintain all required safety management, maintenance, and crew qualification standards
  • Operate aircraft under applicable FAA and DOT regulations
  • Carry all required insurance and regulatory approvals

BGMAIR's role is limited to acting as a public charter organizer, subject to approval by the U.S. Department of Transportation under 14 CFR Part 380. The selection of any specific operating carrier would occur only after regulatory approvals are obtained and contractual requirements are finalized.

Important Notice: No flights are currently being offered for sale, and no operating carrier has been finalized at this time.
